It’s the final countdown for the Everybody Awards 2017.

The 2017 Everybody Awards, sponsored by Applewood Independent, will be taking place at the prestigious Wrenbury Hall, Nantwich on 6th October 2017. The night is set to be inspirational, celebrating sporting, health and community heroes in Cheshire East.

Do you know an individual or organisation that deserves to be recognised for their achievements and helping change lives through healthy recreation? This year’s categories include:

  • Sports Personality of the Year
  • Health & Wellbeing Award
  • Club of the Year
  • Coach of the Year
  • Volunteer of the Year
  • Young Volunteer of the Year
  • Young Sports Achiever of the Year
  • Disabled Sports Achiever of the Year
  • Customer Hero
  • Lifetime Achievement

 

Everybody Sport and Recreation has already received many inspiring nominations and is looking forward to receiving more before the deadline on the 13th August 2017.

Andrew Kolker, Chairman at Everybody Sport and Recreation commented,

“Every year we are proud of the achievements coming from our region, from aspiring Olympians to organisations making a difference to the lives of Cheshire East residents. We are urging anyone who has made a positive contribution to helping change lives through healthy recreation or those individuals and organisations with great achievements to take the opportunity to celebrate at the Everybody Awards this year.” 

The Everybody Awards welcome over 200 guests and last year received over 100 nominations from across Cheshire East. Sharron Davies MBE has recently been announced as the guest speaker for the evening thanks to headline sponsors Applewood Independent based in Nantwich.
