About Me

I have participated in sport and fitness my whole life, from 10k runs to Thai boxing, and am passionate about continuing to get results both for myself and for others.  For the different sports I participate in I have needed to set myself different goals and used different techniques over the years, including having to come back from injury.  I am committed to working with you to achieve your goals through enjoyable and sustainable exercise and nutrition.
