Everybody Awards Nominations Now Open
Nominations are now open for the 2015 Everybody Awards which is celebrating sporting and community heroes in Cheshire East.
On 9th October 2015, the Everybody Awards will be held at an exclusive venue in Cheshire where inspiring volunteers, sporting clubs, and individuals from the region will gather to be recognised for their achievements and helping change lives through healthy recreation.
Awards will be given to inspirational people in the categories of Coach of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, School of the Year, Young Sports Achiever, Disabled Sports Achiever, Sports Personality and Special Recognition. This year new categories including the Health and Wellbeing Award, Lifetime Achievement and Everybody Customer Hero have also been added.
Everybody Chairman Andrew Kolker commented, “We saw a great amount of nominations last year and we were able to recognise a fantastic range of talented athletes and unsung heroes.
This year we hope the added categories will help us go even further in celebrating the achievements of our sporting community and tell our customer stories.”
The Everybody Awards now in it’s fifth year is organised by Everybody Sport and Recreation, previously known as the Cheshire East Sports Awards.
Last year, the prestigious awards night welcomed over 160 guests with winners including GB cyclist Sophie Thornhill who received Sports Personality of the Year.
Nominations are open until 31st August 2015.

Everybody Sport & Recreation – ‘Everybody’ is the new charitable trust established to run leisure services in the Cheshire East area. The trust aims to provide ‘leisure for life’ by changing lives through healthy recreation.
