NICOLAS HAMILTON TO APPEAR AT EVERYBODY AWARDS 2016 THANKS TO APPLEWOOD INDEPENDENT
On 7th October 2016, the Everybody Awards will be held at Wrenbury Hall in Cheshire where inspiring volunteers, sporting clubs, and individuals from the region will gather to be recognised for their achievements and helping change lives through healthy recreation.

Thanks to Applewood Independent, Headline Sponsors for the awards evening, British Racing Driver Nicolas Hamilton will be telling his story to over 200 guests.
Applewood have chosen to sponsor the awards ceremony which celebrates local sporting and community heroes for the second year running, sponsoring the Sports Personality of the Year category and the nationally recognised guest speaker.
David Pritchard, Managing Director at Applewood Independent commented: “Applewood are honoured to be involved again in the Everybody Awards. We saw last year many deserving winners and inspiring stories, a fantastic event for the local community. We are regular users of the Nantwich Swimming Pool facility and know first hand how important the Everybody centres are to the local people to help stay active and healthy.”
Nicolas Hamilton will be giving guests an insight into his racing driver career and how he became the first ever driver with a disability to compete in the British Touring Car Championship Series in 2015.
Alex Pritchard, Director at Applewood Independent added, “The Awards showcase local sporting and community heroes and we want to make sure each year is bigger and better than the last. We are very excited to be welcoming Nicolas Hamilton this year, nothing seems to hold him back in achieving his best and we can’t wait to hear his inspirational story on the night of the awards.”

Awards categories include; Sports Personality of the Year (sponsored by Applewood Independent), Club of the Year, Coach of the Year, School of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Young Volunteer of the Year, Health and Wellbeing Award, Disability Sports Achiever, Young Sports Achiever, Everybody Customer Hero and Lifetime Achievement Award.
