Everybody Sport and Recreation’s Academy is hosting four apprenticeship information events in association with the Macclesfield Pledge, with advice for businesses, parents and children.
There are a number of changes taking place in apprenticeships in 2017 including, changes to funding, the apprenticeship levy and the continued changeover from old apprenticeships to new apprentice standards.
“Apprenticeships have developed into high quality alternatives to sixth form, college or university providing paid employment together with recognised qualifications and work experience.
Our apprenticeship events will provide information on the upcoming changes to apprenticeships to businesses, parents and young people ensuring that they can make informed decisions as they plan for the future.” Says Richard Roeton, Learning & Development Manager, Everybody Sport and Recreation.
