Everybody Fitness Instructor Nikki Prince has been nominated for the North West Instructor of the Year award at this years Community Fitness Awards!
Nikki has been fitness instructing for 2 years and in those 2 short years she has Level 2 Gym Instructor, embarked on a Les Mills journey and is certified in BODYCOMBAT (Advanced Level), BODYPUMP (Advanced Level), BODYBALANCE and Les Mills Core. Nikki isn’t stopping there and plans to get even more qualifications and become an even better instructor!
Nikki started her journey with Everybody Sport and Recreation as a member, and described herself as unfit, over weight and lacking any drive or motivation for exercise. She knew she had to make a change and needed to kickstart a new phase of her life.
She was nervous to start classes at Everybody’s Leisure Centre’s but once she started her love for fitness grew and grew! She attended classes at Nantwich Swimming Pool, Shavington Leisure Centre and Crewe Lifestyle Centre and loved the instructors at the centres, she commented
“It was their [Everybody’s] classes, their [Everybody’s] enthusiasm, encouragement and support that got me into fitness, it made me feel alive, happy and free and once I started to physically see the results I knew I was hooked – it was this passion that fuelled my progression from Front Row Enthusiast to Fitness Instructor!”
She has grown from strength to strength in her fitness instructing and has now been the reason for many other Everybody members health and fitness journeys! When asked about what being a Fitness Instructor meant to her, she said
“Becoming a Fitness Instructor was THE best thing I’ve ever achieved and it’s completely changed my life. I’m so passionate about all things fitness and it fills me with pure joy to be able to share this passion with the members that attend my classes. To have that connection, to help, encourage and support them is what really counts and it means the world to me.”
Nikki’s dedication to the classes she teaches and the Everybody community has been amazing, and she has been hailed by colleagues and members about how great of an asset she is to the health and fitness team. Everyone at Everybody is rooting for Nikki in the awards! Speaking on how she felt about her nomination she said she was “on cloud 9, I feel super proud and extremely grateful to have been nominated”.
Nikki and the rest of the team are gearing up and ready to deliver group exercise classes at Everybody Centre’s from the 17th of May! Nikki is excited to see all the members, and ready to work with members on their health and fitness goals!
