It’s competitive – but inclusive. The focus is on giving it a go, feeling great and enjoying the experience, whatever your fitness level.

The TRAIN Games is open to:

  • Anyone aged 18 or over
  • All fitness levels – from confident gym‑goers to first-time competitors
  • Individuals or pairs looking to train and compete together

If you enjoy trying something new, challenging yourself and being part of an energetic fitness community, this one’s for you.
