Whether you’re making a solo visit, bringing your workout buddy or coming down with family & friends, there’s something for everybody to experience including gym taster sessions, group exercise classes, sports activities and entertainment for all the family! Oh, and did we mention it’s all free!?

Gym Sessions

Come along and try a free gym taster session to experience our fantastic gym here at Crewe Lifestyle Centre which has been designed to have something for everyone. Utilising Matrix Fitness’s latest kit, Crewe has the 7Xi range of Cardiovascular equipment along with Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) accredited kit. Our qualified fitness teams will be on hand to offer a tour of the gym, introduce you to equipment, share workout tips and discuss what you want to achieve from your own fitness journey.

Personal Training Sessions

Need some energy and encouragement in your fitness sessions? Want to take your current fitness to the next level? Maybe you’ve already got your fitness goals and targets in your head but want some pro assistance to achieve them? Then come and try out a free, 30-minute personal training session at our Festival Of Fitness open day!

Use the contact form at the bottom of this page to book your PT session. They’re available on a first come, first serve basis so book early to avoid disappointment!

*Minimum age for PT sessions is 14 years old.

About Me:
Having worked within the Health & Fitness Industry for more than 9 years I have a wealth of knowledge & experience regarding Training and Nutrition. Passionate about my own fitness, I am focused and committed to help you achieve your fitness goals through my determination and motivation. I am also a Fitness Model & Multipower Sports Nutrition Ambassador with over 4 years experience working as a Personal Trainer.

Fitness Classes & Group Exercise

Join us for FREE group exercise classes, delivered by our fantastic health and fitness team. Experience high intensity workouts such as Les Mills Body Attack, aerobic workouts such as Zumba and mind and body workouts such as Les Mills Body Balance plus much more in our dedicated fitness studios!

We’re also re-introducing the amazing Omnia8 Rig workout sessions! If you’ve not experienced an Omnia Rig session, it’s a super versatile functional training concept positioned on the gym floor allowing groups to train together with close support from your trainer. The rig itself enables equipment such as pendulum, closed-loop elastics, push-n-pull bag, battle ropes and more while the floor is designed with distance markers to enable sprints, body weight exercises and more.

It wouldn’t be Crewe Lifestyle Centre if we didn’t have some fun and exciting activities fit for the whole family at our Festival of Fitness! Come down and see special guest Todd the Tiger and take part in some of our fantastic activities.

How to book your Free sessions

You need to book your place on the free Group Fitness and Family Group Fitness sessions. You will be able to book Group Exercise places from Sunday 15th August.

To book your place, please follow these steps;

  1. Click the ‘Book Your Free Session/s’ button below to open the Online Booking Portal
  2. Select the option ‘Gym and Group Fitness’
  3. Select the location ‘Crewe’, select the class you’d like to attend (or choose ‘all classes’ to view all options) and select the date ‘Sun 21 August’
  4. Your search should show all available free sessions, these will be options listed with a cost of ‘£ Free’
  5. Add your chosen session/s to basket and complete your booking to secure your place

Please note: there are limited places per session. Free sessions are secured on a first come, first serve basis. If you are unable to attend a place you have booked, we kindly ask you to cancel your place in the online booking portal so others can take that place. We are unable to offer free swim sessions as part of the Festival Of Fitness Open Day.
