A specialist exercise programme designed for people living with neurological conditions. NeuroFit helps improve mobility, strength, balance and confidence through structured, adaptable sessions delivered by trained instructors. It’s an ideal way to boost energy levels, maintain independence and stay active in a safe, supportive environment

A personalised, app‑guided water exercise programme designed specifically for people with musculoskeletal and mobility conditions. Using tablet technology and the natural support of the pool, Good Boost helps improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence through low‑impact aqua rehabilitation.

Our Bump Boost aqua natal sessions offer gentle, low‑impact water‑based exercise to support you from early pregnancy through to 40 weeks. Each session is tailored to your needs and is designed to improve mobility, reduce discomfort and support wellbeing throughout your pregnancy journey.

A supportive programme for young people aged 14–17 who are living with a medical condition or low levels of physical activity. Junior Exercise Referral helps improve fitness, confidence and wellbeing through safe, personalised exercise plans delivered by qualified instructors.

One You Cheshire East is a free local lifestyle service, designed to support Cheshire East residents in making small and sustainable changes to improve your health, wellbeing and quality of life, helping you to live a healthier lifestyle.

You’ll be welcomed by friendly staff, expert guidance, and programmes designed to support a wide range of health conditions.

Whether you’re just getting started or managing a long-term condition, we’ll help you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to move in a way that suits you. 

Before You Visit

  • Most health programmes require a consultation. If you are eligible, our helpful triage team will contact you to arrange this.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, flat shoes, and bring a bottle of water.
  • All our centres offer accessible spaces, changing facilities and staff who are always happy to help.

Some programmes require a referral, while others are open to eligible participants without one. Please check the details of your chosen programme for specific requirements. 

Yes. All our Health & Wellbeing programmes and classes are tailored to your individual needs, condition and ability.

Your first point of contact will be our dedicated health triage team, who are fully equipped to discuss your needs and recommend the most suitable programme. Our expert coaches are also available to guide you on the best place to start if needed.
