Be Steady Be Safe is an evidence based Otago strength and balance class designed for adults who want to improve stability, prevent falls, and feel more confident in their daytoday movement.
The programme supports people who may be feeling unsteady on their feet, have reduced mobility, or want to maintain independence for as long as possible.

Be Steady Be Safe is built on the globally recognised Otago Exercise Programme, proven to improve strength, balance and coordination through structured exercises and progressive home based activities.
These sessions are friendly, supportive and designed to help you move safely and confidently at your own pace.

Who Is Be Steady Be Safe For?
To join the class, participants must be able to exercise independently without supported walking aids.
