I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for the last 10 years. Before starting at Everybody Sport and Recreation I worked and trained clients in Alderley Park for 15 years. I love working with my clients – we work really hard but always have a good laugh along the way! I have boxed since I was 15 years old- I believe it is one of the best workouts utilising the whole body. I use a lot of boxing techniques & movements in my workouts and I am a registered MMA Fitness Instructor. It is great to see boxing and the MMA disciplines taking off in the fitness industry. I teach circuits throughout the week and focus on effective and fun workouts, driving a high calorie burn and achieving incredible results.
