Our Bump Boost aqua natal sessions offer gentle, low‑impact water‑based exercise to support you from early pregnancy through to 40 weeks. Each session is tailored to your needs and is designed to improve mobility, reduce discomfort and support wellbeing throughout your pregnancy journey.

Junior Exercise Referral

A supportive programme for young people aged 14–17 who are living with a medical condition or low levels of physical activity. Junior Exercise Referral helps improve fitness, confidence and wellbeing through safe, personalised exercise plans delivered by qualified instructors.
