Session open to all. Both lanes available for avid swimmers and also space for free movement to cater for families and users who what a more leisurely swim
Session targeted for fitness swimmers, single lanes of a variety of speeds for all abilities. Juniors 12+ years that are competent swimmers may enter the swimming pool for lane swimming. Juniors 10-11 years may enter lane swimming under 1:1 direct supervision of a parent
Coach led swimming sessions for adults working on stroke technique and endurance, this session is included in a monthly fitness membership (Age 14+).
Toys available for a fun learner pool session for toddlers and their supporting adult.
Rafts and balls available for children and families.
A group exercise session in the water set to music.
Good Boost is a water-based rehabilitation programme designed to be fun and beneficial for people with a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Bump Boost is aqua natal exercises, designed to help women from 0-40 weeks.

Yes — aquatic classes must be booked online or via the Everybody app.
No — lessons are paid for separately, but members get access to public swimming and Masters sessions.
Yes. We have accessible changing, a pool hoist, warm learner pool sessions, graduated steps and inclusive swim sessions.

Swimwear, towel, and a £1 coin or token for lockers. Goggles are optional but recommended.
Yes — juniors aged 12+ who are confident swimmers.
