About Me

I have been a PT for 3 years, helping a range of clients to achieve their goals. I really enjoy teaching Spin classes, Circuit classes and HIIT classes. I love to research new fitness trends and training styles and always try to develop my skillset.

I want to share my knowledge to help people build confidence within themselves, exercise and allow them to tackle challenges that everyday life throws at them.

About Me

I started off my career journey training to be a Biochemist. After a year of university I endured the biggest lesson of my life so far, a road traffic accident. This experience left
me reevaluating my future. I have always had a passion for going to the gym and working on myself. After my accident I focused even more time into my fitness and decided to become a qualified personal trainer. This now allows me to help others find a passion and enjoyment for working out and improve their own fitness, health and wellbeing.

I tailor workout plans for my clients in order to suit their needs whether that consists of needing more accountability for training or achieving new goals by applying progressive overload to maintain a positive trend in their training. I tend to use either super sets, drop sets or targeted circuits within sessions.

Josh is a great personal trainer. He is able to help his clients set realistic goals and then to help them achieve them. He does this through his knowledge of what is suitable for the individual based on their age, level of fitness etc. Perhaps most importantly he has a great sense of humour which contributes to his motivational skills in helping individuals to achieve their aims.

I have had Josh as a personal gym trainer for the past 12 months. I’m 82 years old and believe it is necessary to keep as strong and flexible as possible. I need the discipline of sessions with an instructor because otherwise I doubt I would go to the gym. Always finding an excuse not to go. Sometimes it is difficult but with the encouragement of Josh showing me how to use the equipment correctly, I manage to do most of it and feel so much better after my hour of “torture”. If, like me, you want to ward off old age, I urge you to give it a go.

I was very happy with my PT sessions with Josh. He was always on time (early) and was knowledgeable about the exercises I was doing.

About Me

My aim is to help you physically and mentally. I will generally use functional patterns that accentuate your specific lifestyle, sport, and goals. I’m old, have kids, and still compete at a decent level in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so I understand the need to balance work, life, parenting, and fitness goals in an effective manner for longevity and success.

About Me

I have always been a sporty person, mainly participating in cardio-based sports and classes. I started lifting weights to help increase my strength and build muscle. I found it helps me mentally, in more ways than one. I have completed Spartan, Tough Mudder 3 times and X-Runner so I know what it takes to prepare for events.

I like the variety of exercises in the sessions from weights, bodyweight and cardio. Knows when to push me harder to gain the best from each workout.

Assisted me with a fitness programme with regular check ins to review my progress. Encouraging me to push harder each time. I feel like my fitness has improved since.

Creates challenging workouts to push me out of my comfort zone. Makes it enjoyable and shows enthusiasm, to keep everyone going.

About Me

Despite dancing and doing gymnastics throughout my youth, and exercising actively as a young adult, the pressures of a career and family took their toll.

After switching careers from engineering to motherhood, and raising three daughters, fitness was sadly rather low on my list of priorities, until I “woke up” in an empty nest and realised my middle-aged body and general health had been neglected for far too long. Slowly, but surely, I resumed healthy eating habits (whole foods rich in nutrients) and a diligent exercise routine.

In twelve months, the change to my body and overall health was so dramatic, I thought it was time for another career switch: Helping others to also aspire and achieve a robust level of fitness and health. Unlike careers, we cannot “switch out” our physical shell. Our body is not disposable, and we reap what we sow.

My guidance is aimed to patiently encourage clients to enjoy a lifetime of sound choices and habits, where exercise is an integral piece of living life to the fullest.

About Me

I have always had a passion for fitness and performance from a young age, from here is where started developing my discipline through taking Taekwondo, where I was a part of the National Team and competed at a high level both nationally and internationally.

Taekwondo developed my focus and training standards, which I now use to help people of all abilities build their strength, confidence, and sustainable habits to achieve their goals. Over the years, fitness has played a major role in shaping who I am both physically and mentally.

Training has taught me resilience, and most importantly, consistency. Fitness has helped me build confidence, manage challenges, and develop a strong mindset, and I aim to pass those benefits onto every client I work with.

Representing the GBR national team gave me first-hand experience of what elite training programs and goal driven coaching looks like. This background has allowed me to bring a performance-based mindset into my coaching, while still making training accessible and effective for all levels.

About Me

I prioritise overall health—physical, mental, and social. My goal is to help you enjoy training, not dread it. The gym should feel positive and empowering, supporting your heart health, strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. I’m here to help you look after yourself.

Personally, I love staying active through hiking, netball, and running. Being outdoors and moving in ways I enjoy reminds me why looking after our health matters so much.
