What we offer

Move It or Lose It

Stay active and independent for longer.

A fun, sociable class aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance and aerobic health. Suitable for all abilities, Move it Or Lose It sessions can be completed seated or standing, making them ideal for older adults or those returning to activity after time away.

Yes -all Health & Wellbeing programmes at Holmes Chapel are designed for people returning to activity, living with long‑term conditions, or looking for low‑impact exercise.

You can take part either way. The session is fully adaptable and suitable for all abilities.

Move It or Lose It does not require a referral. The Health Professional Resource Hub supports referrals into other Everybody programmes.

No – special equipment is needed. Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink.
