Delivered by qualified, caring instructors, our sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, confidence and daytoday wellbeing. No pressure, no judgement just supportive movement that meets you where you are and helps you feel your best.

Specialist Rehabilitation Classes

Our Specialist Rehabilitation Classes are tailored for individuals with long‑term health conditions such as COPD, cardiac conditions, cancer recovery and other clinical needs. Led by qualified rehabilitation instructors, these small‑group sessions help you build strength, improve fitness and manage symptoms with personalised support.
