Boutique Group Exercise Classes

Join our intimate group classes, limited to 8 participants, for a premium fitness experience. Our popular TRAIN class offers focused instruction in a stylish and functional environment.

General Workout Slots

Looking to train independently? Book a session during designated hours and take advantage of our state-of-the-art facilities. With zones for functional, cardiovascular and resistance machines from the latest lines of Technogym equipment. This option is perfect for paying members who prefer self-guided workouts in a supportive and professional space.

Group exercise classes and workout slots in the gym are bookable via the Everybody Leisure Hub or on the Everybody App.

Personal Training

Achieve your fitness ambitions with one-on-one support from expert personal trainers. Our flexible training space is equipped to host 2-4 PT sessions simultaneously, ensuring a professional and motivating environment tailored to your needs—whether it’s strength training, weight loss, or general fitness improvement.

What is Everybody @ Macclesfield Central?

Everybody @ Macclesfield Central is a health and wellness hub located in the heart of Macclesfield. We offer private health consultations, personal training, boutique-style group classes, and general workout sessions in a modern and flexible space.

We’re located at the Macclesfield Merchants Exchange in the town centre, conveniently close to workplaces, residential areas, and the Travelodge.

What are the opening hours?

Opening hours are:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00-13:00 and 16:00-21:00
• Saturday: 7:00-12:00
• Sunday: Closed

What is the Fitness Hub?

The Fitness Hub is a flexible training space accommodating small group exercise classes, general workout slots and personal training sessions.

Can I use the Fitness Hub independently to workout?

Yes, the fitness suite is available to use during allocated hours. Workout slots are bookable via the Everybody Leisure Hub online and the Everybody app available to download on the App store and Google Play Store.

Do I need to be a member to use the Fitness Hub?

Members and non-members can use the Fitness Hub.

Members access is included within an Everybody membership.

Non-members are required to pay to attend classes (£7.50) or book general workouts slots (£9.00 for 1 hour slot).*

*Please note that Macclesfield Central does not accept cash payment.

Do I need to book classes or workout slots in the fitness hub in advance?

Yes, spaces in classes and gym slots are limited to 8-10 people. We recommend booking in advance to save your spot on a class or to use the gym space.

Group fitness classes are bookable up to 8 days in advance.

Members and pay-as-you-go customers can book general workout slots 24 hours in advance.

Does the facility have personal trainers?

Yes, we have certified personal trainers available to help you achieve your fitness goals.

What is the Health Hub?

The Health Hub is a private and comfortable consultation space and small group exercise area, accommodating circuit-style sessions for Everybody health clients of up to 8 – 10 participants.

Who can use the Health Hub?

Access to the Health Hub is for Health clients enrolled on an Everybody Health Programme and new clients visiting for a Health consultation.

Consultations are part of The Everybody Exercise Referral Scheme which is only available for non-Everybody Health & Leisure members. To be eligible you must not have held a membership with us for over 12 months. Click here to view the full terms and conditions.

How do I book a Health consultation?

You can book a consultation by calling or emailing the Everybody Healthy team or stopping by the facility.

Please note The Everybody Exercise Referral Scheme continues to accept new referrals, but due to high demand there is currently a 4-6 week wait for first appointments.

No, there is no on-site parking. Parking is available nearby, and the facility is within walking distance of public transport options.

Gas Road Car Park and Macclesfield Railway Station Car Park are the closest car parks within a walking distance of 1-3 minutes respectively.
