The gym at Wilmslow Leisure Centre is fitted with everything you need to progress on your fitness journey. All the essential cardio equipment including inclusive kit so everyone can get active together. For muscle toning and strength, there is a great selection of machines and free weights to use.
Supervised gym sessions for 11 to 15 years old are also available, for more information follow the link below.
As well as the gym we offer group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition advice, training programmes and much more.
