We’re delighted to be celebrating National Fitness Day 2023, a day to come together and celebrate the wonderful benefits of keeping an active, healthy lifestyle.
This year’s theme is “Your Health Is For Life” – “encouraging people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to recognise and celebrate the life-long physical and mental benefits of being active.”
To bring this to life the Everybody way, we’re opening our doors to members and general public to try out.
So this National Fitness Day take some time to focus on your own physical, mental and social well-being. Take a solo trip, or team up with your fitness buddy, and let’s celebrate lifelong fitness together!
Take a gentle step into fitness with this taster session. The class can be done seated or standing, the only thing you’d need to bring is yourself, a pair of trainers and a bottle of water!
Move It Or Lose It is a hugely popular class, developed by experts to improve flexibility, strength, balance and aerobic capacity, particularly if you have a long-term health condition such as COPD, cancer or heart disease.
This class will be taught by two instructors, who will create a fun and engaging environment, and be on hand to help those wanting a standing or seated option. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and capabilities with low-impact exercises including arm and leg motions, exercise balls and resistance bands.
A timetable with class location and times can be found further down this page, along with instructions on how to book your free place.
Our TRAIN classes allow people who are often short on time to get expert coaching in a small group fitness studio environment and be pushed to their limits to achieve results.
