To bring this to life the Everybody way, we’re opening our doors to members and general public to try out.
With exciting, free fitness activities and new class launches. Plus special offers running across the week. You don’t want to miss it!
This years theme is ‘Your Health is for Life,’ a message carried over from 2023 due to its universal significance. National Fitness Day now highlights the importance of not just exercising on a single day, but also making small, lasting changes that can protect and enhance your health over the long term.
So this National Fitness Day take some time to focus on your own physical, mental and social well-being. Take a solo trip, or team up with your fitness buddy, and let’s celebrate lifelong fitness together!

Practising yoga is a way of keeping your body fit and supple. It is also a great way to cope with stress, relieve tension and deal with anxiety.
It involves stretching postures that help to tone your muscles and joints.

TRAIN Power is 45 minutes of combined strength, cardio and plyometric training, designed to drive results – fast.
TRAIN is a functional fitness class on the gym floor, including circuit exercises and HIIT inspired challenges using resistance and cardio equipment.
Our TRAIN classes allow people who are often short on time to get expert coaching in a small group fitness studio environment and be pushed to their limits to achieve results.
