Although indoor group exercise will not be permitted until May we will be offering some outdoor group fitness sessions which will be available to book online soon. We will also be sharing tips on how to get ready to return to fitness classes with a range of workouts you can do in the gym focusing on strength, balance, cardio and core workouts.
Members will continue to have free access to our Everybody @ Home online health and fitness channel with a range of daily live and on demand fitness class workouts. It has been brilliant to see thousands of our members enjoying these classes for free during lockdown.
