Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV

What is Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation?

Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation classes are a crucial part of recovery and prevention if you have suffered a cardiac event or have attended the NHS Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III programme.

The programme reinforces positive lifestyle changes and supports participation in becoming active and healthy in a friendly and safe environment. Our classes are led by our fully qualified Cardiac Rehab Specialist Exercise Instructors, who have undergone extensive training through BACPR (British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation).

Am I eligible?

At Everybody we work alongside the Cardiac Rehabilitation departments at Leighton Hospital and Macclesfield General District Hospital and to join the programme you will need a referral from a health professional or the NHS Cardiac Rehab Team.

Programme format:

Phase IV runs over a 12 week period, classes are supervised and held at various centres, days and times in a gym setting or studio circuit. Once you have completed your 12 week Cardiac Phase IV programme you can continue to use our facilities with further help and support from our Health and Fitness Advisors.

How much will it cost?

The cost of classes is £3.60 per session or you can join the Exercise Referral Scheme £27 for 12 weeks.
