About Josh

I started off my career journey training to be a Biochemist. After a year of university I endured the biggest lesson of my life so far, a road traffic accident. This experience left
me reevaluating my future. I have always had a passion for going to the gym and working on myself. After my accident I focused even more time into my fitness and decided to become a qualified personal trainer. This now allows me to help others find a passion and enjoyment for working out and improve their own fitness, health and wellbeing.

I tailor workout plans for my clients in order to suit their needs whether that consists of needing more accountability for training or achieving new goals by applying progressive overload to maintain a positive trend in their training. I tend to use either super sets, drop sets or targetted circuits within sessions.
