About Rich

I’ve enjoyed being active from a young age, starting with swimming and earning my Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do by the age of 16. Later, I discovered my passion for Gym-Based exercise and became a qualified instructor so that I could help others experience the same fulfilment. When I’m not on the gym floor, you’ll probably find me out walking (or trying to keep up with!) my two lively Sprocker Spaniels, proving that exercise comes in all forms! I’ve found that exercise, mental well-being, nature, and mindfulness are closely connected, and I’m dedicated to helping others find that balance in their own lives.
