I started my fitness journey at 16 years old and ever since then I have not looked back. I have been learning and practicing multiple different types of fitness training now for the past 10 years of my life.

I have been personal training for over a year now and I believe I have become very versatile at being able to train multiple different skill levels whether you are just a beginner trying to get started or someone who has been training for awhile but wants to take it to the next level.

As a personal trainer I strive to help you become the best version of yourself not just physically but mentally as well. I will motivate you in and outside the gym & praise good habits whilst keep you in check if you are not making the progress I think you should be.

You should book personal training sessions with me as I want you to succeed in every aspect of life and by getting training dialled in, most other aspects in life will flourish to follow suit.

About Ethan

I have always wanted to be in the fitness industry since I was a teenager as I enjoyed training so much. So, before I went to university I got my Personal training qualification. Then after I finished my degree, I knew fitness was the path I was going to go down and try and excel at. Since I have left university, I have been working on becoming the best personal trainer possible and have amounted a number of clients who have been an absolute joy to help with their fitness journey. As well as putting a lot of effort into my clients training, I have also been training hard myself for the past 8 years and recently did my first bodybuilding competition coming top 3 out of 15 men in my tall men’s physique class receiving a medal, plaque and an open invitation to a national qualifier in Amsterdam next year.
