I love supporting people in achieving their health goals. I work with a range of individuals from gym newbies with no experience, to those who know their stuff but are looking to take on a fresh challenge like a triathlon.
I help improve mobility, build muscle, injury recovery, and improve general health and resilience for the future. I take an individualised approach for each client, and of course make sessions varied and enjoyable.

I have always had passion for exercise, playing Rugby Union for over 30 years to a semi-pro level. Injuries caught up with me so I switched to distance running, culminating in three sub 3 hour marathons. As COVID hit, I decided to leave a career in finance to take up Personal Training. I have never looked back, and really get a kick out of having a small hand in people achieving their goals and improving their health.
I understand the importance of enjoying your exercise, and keeping it varied. We all have a unique history and set of circumstances and challenges, so it’s important to recognise that exercise needs to work alongside your other commitments and be flexible for when life’s everyday hurdles arise. Lifestyle changes should be positive, not leave you feeling like you are always cutting out enjoyment, or having to work it off afterwards. Whether you are short on time, have a muscle or joint weakness, or struggle to keep to plans, there is an approach to get the outcomes you want.
