About Kate

I work as a PT because I love helping people improve their fitness, health and quality of life. After seeing lots of clients with injuries I did further training in biomechanics and rehabilitation to help me be more effective.

I have always been interested and involved in sport and trained as a Thai boxer before getting into running and Triathlons.

I have represented GB as an age group Triathlete and coach at the recently formed Macclesfield Tri Club.

I also work with the health team running classes for people with hip, knee and back pain and preventing falls in older adults.
