I have a strong background in martial arts, which has shaped my approach to training around discipline, control and effective movement. My coaching style focuses on building strength, resilience and confidence through structured purposeful training.

Having overcome my own medical condition, I understand first hand the challenges that can come with rebuilding strength and trusting your body again. That experience drives my passion for helping others train intelligently regardless of their starting point.
