The gym became part of my life after breaking my leg playing rugby seeing the progression through my rehabilitation I realised the importance of building strength and resilience in my body. The recovery process inspired me to focus on fitness not just for rehabilitation but to prevent future injuries and improve my overall well-being. Getting into the gym became a way to regain control over my body, enhance my physical health and push myself beyond my limits, all while discovering a newfound passion for fitness.
