Booking & Membership
Is padel included in my membership?
No, padel is not included in any existing memberships.
To book a court, you’ll need to sign up via the Playtomic App. Everybody Health and Leisure Members can enjoy 10% off padel court bookings and benefit from an extended 14-day booking window by clicking here and completing the form.
How do I book a court?
All bookings must be made through Playtomic. To receive the member discount, you must:
Can non-members book courts?
Yes, non-members can book via Playtomic, but they won’t receive the member discount.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. If we cancel due to bad weather, you’ll be contacted and refunded in full.

Community & Coaching
I don’t know how to play – can someone show me?
Absolutely!
• On-site staff will be happy to explain the rules
• Intro to Padel and social sessions are available through out Playtomic academy
• More advanced group sessions and private coaching will be available later this year.
Equipment
• Rackets will be available to borrow free of charge from reception
• Balls will be available to purchase (price to be confirmed)
