Nantwich Swimming Pool will be running a lifeguard recruitment session on Thursday 11th June commencing at 10.30 a.m.
Everybody Sport and Recreation requires casual Lifeguards to be based at our Nantwich Swimming Pool. You must possess a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification, be health and safety trained and have a good understanding of swimming pool rules.
Previous experience of life-guarding and working in a leisure environment is essential.
You will have good communication skills and be able to deal with members of the public confidently, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and enjoy working as part of a team. You will have a flexible attitude to work and be available to work at evenings and weekends when required.
Recruitment Day Schedule:
- Introduction to the Everybody Trust
- Nantwich Swimming Pool site tour
- Inspection of NPLQ qualifications and water tests
- Informal interviews
