Tom was part of the original senior team to launch Everybody back in May 2014. As a young CEO he took up his current post in early 2022, with a renewed, ambitious agenda for Everybody Health & Leisure’s future.

He is a Fellow of the CIPD – with a strong HR & leadership background and states ‘culture is our biggest asset for us growing a successful organisation’. Passionate about place-making and, as a local resident of the area, he has a strong knowledge of all local communities and aspires to work with other like-minded organisations – to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Dominic has over 25 years’ experience working within the leisure sector, during which time he has worked in various managerial roles across various facilities. Previously working with the Local Authority, Dominic was a key member of the stakeholder group who established the Everybody Leisure Trust. He has deep roots within the business and a vast understanding of the facilities and local towns.

Having a strong operational background, Dominic has led a number of key projects. Most recently the opening of the new multi-million pound development in Congleton. With a business mindset but social heart, working in his role as Head of Operations, Dominic oversees the day to day running and coordination of the 17 leisure facilities.

Dominic holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership along with a number of sector related qualifications in pool plant and higher national certificates in Health and Safety. This has equipped him with the essential skills and techniques required to effectively manage and coordinate. Dominic is committed to the improvement and development of the business and himself, personally.

In his spare time, Dominic is a keen cyclist having competed at National level, qualifying for the UCI World Masters, and enjoys competing in one day sportive events in France and Mallorca.

With over 20 years of experience in the leisure industry, Kris Sankey serves as the Head of Business Development at Everybody Health & Leisure, leveraging his extensive background to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships. Kris holds an Honours Degree in Sport Development with Business Studies and a Master’s in Sports Directorship, which equip him with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of the sector.

Throughout his career, Kris has held various roles, honing his expertise in growth management, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness. His passion for sports and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in developing innovative strategies that enhance organisational performance and market presence.

Outside of work, Kris is a proud husband and father of two amazing children. A dedicated supporter of Liverpool Football Club, he enjoys staying active through regular gym sessions, swimming, and playing football, reflecting his lifelong love for sports.

Katie is our Head of People & Organisational Development and comes to work to help enable people to have the best experience of work possible – creating a culture and jobs that that help people thrive as a whole person

Now a HR professional, Katie began her career in some of our centres on the front-line of leisure – working as a Lifeguard, Swim Teacher, Sports Coach, Receptionist, and cover Duty Manager before moving into HR. Following this move she progressed into senior management at another leisure charity before, as she describes, “coming home” to Everybody. During this time, Katie also gained undergraduate and postgraduate degrees through part time study and experience volunteering as a Trustee.

Working at Everybody enables Katie to combine her expertise as a people professional with her passion for leisure – in particular getting children active and involved in sport. She also sits on our Safeguarding team and leads on our “In Memory of Mia” awareness campaigns, in memory of our young HR apprentice Mia Jennings.

Outside work, you’ll find Katie exercising, playing music, curled up with a book, or exploring our wonderful Cheshire East countryside with her beloved rescue dog.

Dave is our Head of Finance where he leads the finance team and oversees financial accounting, management accounting, financing, tax and treasury. Dave brings a wealth of experience across a broad range of companies, sectors and industries including Aerospace, construction, mining and not for profit.

Dave started his working life serving as a Warfare Officer in the Royal Navy before becoming an accountant, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant In England & Wales and a Trustee at a local Charity. His hobbies include travel and photography, and looking after Cookie who is a British short hair.
