Everybody Healthy Reopening Plans and FAQ’s

From the 21st June our Exercise Referral Scheme and Multi Rehabilitation programmes will resume for existing and new referrals.

Phase 2 health services will be resuming from the 21st June, initially from Crewe Lifestyle Centre, Holmes Chapel Community Centre and Macclesfield Leisure Centre.

From the 31st May customers will be contacted by our health team and informed the programmes resuming along with our new procedures/guidance and terms and conditions.

FAQ’S

I am wanting to join one of your Everybody Healthy programmes, can I join?

At the moment we are prioritising customers who were either already participating in a programme or registered to join in a health programme prior to lockdown. We will of course keep you updated via our website and social media channels when we are accepting new referrals, however this will be from health professionals only.

Please note, as we are reopening our Everybody Healthy services on a phased approach, this only applies to customers on the Everybody Exercise Referral Scheme at the moment.

I was booked in before lock down to join an Everybody Healthy programme, can I still join?

 What can I access as part of the Everybody Exercise Referral scheme?

Gym, Swimming (lane swimming sessions only), group exercise classes (appropriate group exercise classes will be discussed during your consultation)

What happens when I have completed the 12 week programme?

Once you have completed your 12 week programme your health advisor will be able to offer you a reduced price membership at £22.99 per month to keep you motivated and exercising.

Is booking essential?

Pre booking all appropriate activities before visiting is advised, our health team will help get you set up and registered in your initial consultation in order to access future activities.

We have been reviewing our bookings policies in line with government guidance and now all our centres are open and a range of services re-introduced. After much consideration we will now start to accept walk-in bookings from our members and casual customers for gym, swimming and classes. Priority for bookings will be given to those booking online in advance, but we appreciate there are sometimes last minute cancellations or customers who would like to take a chance on joining in a session. We do advise all customers to try and book online first, particularly for sessions at peak times (early morning and evening) to avoid disappointment.

All customers who visit the facility must check-in at our self-service kiosks or reception desk and use the NHS QR code posters for track and trace.

We will try and keep our members up to date when spaces come available on our sessions via our social media pages so please check for updates.

What if I am not ready to start back?

Our health team will give you a call regarding our programmes relaunching, if it is you are not happy to start back we can discuss this with you, we understand that the pandemic has been tough on everybody and are willing to discuss your options and personal circumstances.

Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting the centre?

Users must wear a face covering when attending one of our facilities prior to taking part in an activity or as a spectator. We do appreciate this isn’t suitable for all users and there are exceptions. We encourage users to maintain social distancing of at least 2m in all areas around the facility.
