Everybody Awards Headline Sponsor and Exclusive Venue Revealed

On 9th October 2015, the Everybody Awards will be held at Wrenbury Hall in Cheshire where inspiring volunteers, sporting clubs, and individuals from the region will gather to be recognised for their achievements and helping change lives through healthy recreation.

Wrenbury Hall is a privately owned exclusive luxury venue situated just outside of Nantwich and will offer guests of the Everybody Awards an evening to remember.

Everybody are also delighted to announce the  Headline Sponsor this year to be  Applewood Independent based in Nantwich who have been providing independent financial advice to the people of Staffordshire and south Cheshire since 1998.

David Pritchard, Owner of Applewood Independent commented, “As regular users of the Everybody Sport and Recreation facility at Nantwich Pool, we received an email regarding the Everybody Awards. We saw we could sponsor the awards and agreed to take the Headline Sponsor to support our local Leisure Centre.”

David continued, “We believe strongly in giving back to our community and the Everybody Awards is no better way to help encourage people in Cheshire, certainly young people to get active and share in the success of those who are already making great achievements.”

Applewood Independent support and sponsor various events and companies throughout the year to help their community including providing the Christmas Tree for Nantwich town centre and sponsoring Nantwich Football Club amongst others.

Everybody Chairman Andrew Kolker commented, “Without the support of local businesses and organisations we would not be able to dedicate the awards ceremony to so many inspiring people. We are lucky to have such a supporting community spirit that bring the evening together and celebrate sporting talent in Cheshire.”

Awards will be given to inspirational people in the categories of Coach of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, School of the Year, Young Sports Achiever, Disabled Sports Achiever, Sports Personality and Special Recognition. This year new categories including the Health and Wellbeing Award, Lifetime Achievement and Everybody Customer Hero have also been added.

Nominations close on 31st August 2015.

Everybody Sport & Recreation – ‘Everybody’ is the new charitable trust established to run leisure services in the Cheshire East area. The trust aims to provide ‘leisure for life’ by changing lives through healthy recreation.
