We usually use pumpkins to carve our favourite designs into for Halloween.

Helps to protect our joints, vital organs and muscles
therefore a great pre/post work out food.

PUMPKIN SOUP
Cover your chunks of pumpkin, carrot, onions and garlic in a pan with water and boil until soft. Leave to cool. (keep the liquid in the pan)
Add chilli, thyme, salt and pepper for flavouring.
Blend altogether in a food processor
Return to the boil to heat (ensure soup is cooked through before eating)
Pumpkin Smoothie
Boil your chunks of Pumpkin until soft- Leave to cool
Add Cinnamon or ground ginger to give it that winter flavouring
Vanilla Extract
1 banana
1 cup of milk
Blend altogether in a food processor. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Wedges
Preheat the oven 180c
Cut your Pumpkin into wedges
Place on a baking tray- drizzle with olive oil
Season with salt, pepper, garlic and thyme
Place into the oven for 30 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
