Everybody Sport and Recreation offer free health and fitness to local community on National Fitness Day

Everybody Sport and Recreation are ecstatic to join up with UKActive for National Fitness Day! Join them on the 22nd of September for a day of celebrating the benefits of keeping an active and healthy lifestyle. They are delighted to be offering FREE group fitness classes, health checks, FREE Smart Restart sessions and tours at a range of Everybody Leisure Centres!

This years theme is ‘Fitness Unites Us’ and Everybody are looking forward to bringing the local community together. You can join their fantastic fitness instructors for some of their most popular classes, including Zumba, Group Cycling, Yoga, HIIT and many more.

Everybody are giving the local community a chance to try their facilities for free by claiming one of their guest passes online. The pass can give you access to group exercise classes, gym sessions, or a visit to one of their 8 swimming pools. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to try your local leisure centre.

“We are so happy to finally be back celebrating National Fitness Day in our centres again, it is an opportunity to bring our community back together and raises awareness on the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle for physical and mental wellbeing.
