Everybody launch popular Apprenticeship scheme for 2023

(Everybody Health and Leisure’s Apprenticeship Scheme)

Everybody Health and Leisure launch their popular apprenticeship scheme in line with National Apprenticeships Week, 6th – 12th February 2023. The theme this year is ‘Skills for Life’, which mirrors Everybody’s aim, to provide ‘Leisure for Life’.

In 2022 Everybody made 8 commitments to the local community, one of which was to, create local jobs for local people, with 100 to be recruited into leisure, catering and hospitality, business support and apprenticeship roles’ and are delighted to announce they have apprenticeship roles available to apply for in leisure, hospitality and sport.

Everybody works closely with their training providers to deliver high-quality apprenticeships that cover personal development, soft skills and the core educational elements. They are committed to providing long term opportunities whilst being proud of the high quality apprenticeship scheme.

Ellie Brammall, 18 years old, completing a Marketing apprenticeship at Everybody shared:

“Doing an apprenticeship with Everybody Health and Leisure is one of the best things I’ve decided to do. It’s helped me develop and learn new skills whilst gaining new qualifications in the workplace.”

Everybody caught up with Ellie’s Mum, Claire Brammall who shared her thoughts on apprenticeships and what it has meant for her daughter. The full interview can be found on Everybody Health and Leisure’s YouTube channel. Claire Brammall, shared:

“The apprenticeship route has given my daughter so much confidence in her abilities, drive and passion towards her job role. She is enjoying earning whilst she’s learning as she progresses through the apprenticeship. I was an apprentice myself, which I found to be very positive, as gaining hands on experience on the job helped me climb the ranks quicker but with more experience.”

Adam Cunningham, 19 years old, completing a Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship at Everybody shares:

“I would definitely recommend completing a Leisure Team Member Apprenticeship. You meet new people, gain valuable experience and if you’re like me, the practical side of the apprenticeship is the most enjoyable.”

Richard Roeton, Senior Learning and Development Manager at Everybody Health & Leisure, commented:

“Here at Everybody we are excited to be celebrating the successes of our apprentices, our apprenticeships scheme and introducing our opportunities for 2023, during National Apprenticeships Week. We will be sharing our upcoming opportunities on our social media channels, hearing from current apprentices and learning why doing an apprenticeship is a great opportunity to kick start your career.”
