Leisure charity gains highly commended recognition in three award categories
Everybody Health & Leisure are celebrating becoming Highly Commended in three awards including, Employer of the Year, Excellence in Customer Service and Apprentice of the Year, at this year’s South Cheshire Chamber Business Awards.
The business awards took place at Reaseheath College on Friday 24th November, where Everybody received the three highly commended recognition awards. The Annual Business Awards celebrates the hard work and achievements of those in the South Cheshire Business community. The three awards included:
Employer of the Year was open to any business that demonstrated commercial success and strategies for growth whilst achieving excellence in its commitment to the support and development of its workforce.
Katie Harrop, Head of People & Organisational Development at Everybody, shares:
“We’re extremely proud to be recognised for our continued investment in developing our people to be the best. Our people are our services and our commitment to them has significantly impacted our overall organisational performance this past year.”
Excellence in Customer Service was open to businesses that consistently deliver outstanding Customer Service and could demonstrate that meeting the customer’s needs was a priority throughout its entire business.
Maria Tatters, Customer Experience & Development Manager at Everybody, shared:
“It feels great to be rewarded as finalists. Over the last year the team have made recognisable , positive changes that have really improved our overall customer journey.”
Apprentice of the Year was to an apprentice who had shown outstanding progress and commitment to their own personal development and can demonstrate their positive impact within the business.
Ellie Brammall, marketing apprentice at Everybody commented:
“It’s such an honour to be recognised by the South Cheshire Chamber for my work at Everybody Health and Leisure. This Past year I have learnt so many new and exciting skills thanks to the guidance of my colleagues. I’m excited to see what the future holds for my career.”
