Spa Room
The Steam Room and Sauna are perfect to help you relax and unwind after a tough workout session. Treat yourself to a moment of peace in our Spa Room.
Occasionally our Spa facilities will close to facilitate swimming gala’s. Please see www.everybody.org.uk/mlc-spa-closures/ for the scheduled closures/changes to opening hours.

To get your free hot drink, simply visit our Taste for Life cafes and get a stamp for every hot drink you purchase on our loyalty card. Build up your stamps until you get one free.
