Terms & Conditions

Admission Policy Overview

1. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by at least one adult on a 1:2 ratio in the water and changing area.
2. Any children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent on a 1:1 ratio, unless the child is wearing suitable flotation devices.
3. Children aged 8 and above are to use their gender specific changing rooms where changing villages are not available.
4. Children aged seven and under may use opposite gender changing rooms if being accompanied by parent or guardian. 
5. The swimming voucher can be used during general swim sessions and fun swims
6. The voucher must be handed into reception staff at the time of the visit
7. Strictly limited to one free pass per customer per 12-month period.
8. Swim voucher is valid until September 2024.
9. This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. A One Day Pass provides access to our swimming pools (excl. Nantwich Outdoor Pool) (subject to availability and local restrictions).
11. The swim voucher is just for the child who completed the reading challenge only, other children/ parents will need to pay to swim with them.
12. It is at the sole discretion of the Leisure Centre Manager to refuse or terminate a pass.
