As a charity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of our local communities, you’ll often see us out and about capturing the wide range of services and activities we deliver. The filming and photography we do helps to promote and advertise what we offer and encourage others to get involved with the fantastic leisure facilities on their doorstep.
Please read on for details about filming and photography usage;
- We have robust Social Media and Safeguarding policies in place and are committed to protecting our customers, vulnerable adults and children and the general public attending our activities and community events.
- The material created is likely to be used for marketing and advertising purposes, which might include;
- Website
- Social Media e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X etc
- Printed Materials e.g. posters, banners, leaflets etc
- Other such printed and digital marketing materials
- The material will be stored and used for up to five years, after which it will be deleted from storage and not used for subsequent marketing and advertising purposes.
- If you wish to not appear in filming or photography materials, please speak to a member of the Everybody Health & Leisure team. Ideally this would be a Duty or General Manager, Marketing team, Event Co-ordinator however you can share your request with an Everybody team member who will action your request accordingly.
- Everybody will take appropriate measures to make sure all materials are used solely for the purpose for which they are provided. If you become aware of the material being used inappropriately please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
