Admission Policy Overview

  1. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by at least one adult on a 1:2 ratio in the water and changing area.
  2. Any children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent on a 1:1 ratio, unless the child is wearing suitable flotation devices.
  3. Children aged 8 and above are to use their gender specific changing rooms where changing villages are not available.
  4. Children aged seven and under may use opposite gender changing rooms if being accompanied by parent or guardian.

Lending of Pool Equipment to Members of the Public

Due to the issues and complications that can arise because of lending equipment such as armbands, floats, bricks etc. The policy of the management is that the lending of any such items is strictly prohibited. The swimming aids are only to be used as part of activities organised through the pool, be that regular club use or through the Learn to Swim Scheme.

  1. The swimming voucher can be used during general swim sessions for a junior swim and fun swims
  2. The free swim voucher is for under 18’s only
  3. The voucher must be handed into reception staff at the time of the visit
  4. Strictly limited to one free pass per customer per 12-month period
  5. Swim voucher is valid until 31st March 2025
  6. This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable
  7. This swimming voucher provides access to Knutsford Leisure Centre only (subject to availability and local restrictions.)
  8. The swimming voucher is just for the child who has received the booklet only, other children without a booklet/ parents will need to pay to swim with them
  9. It is at the sole discretion of the Leisure Centre Manager to refuse or terminate a pass
  10. Please ensure you read our admissions policy above before attending
