One You Cheshire East is a free lifestyle service, designed to support Cheshire East residents to manage their own health and wellbeing, improving their quality of life.

The service will launch on the 1st November 2024 with Everybody Health & Leisure.

Physical Activity

Active Lives (previously called Move More)

A 12-week physical activity programme for those who are inactive.

Falls Prevention

Stand Strong

Stand Strong is a 26-week falls prevention programme including strength and balance exercise classes, prescribed home exercises and education on reducing falls risk factors.

Adult Weight Management

Re-Shape (previously called Manage Your Weight)

A 12-week weight management programme including education, exercise and cookery classes.

Family Weight Management

Let’s Get Movin’

A 12 week programme for 4-18 years and their family or carer. Including led activity sessions, education sessions and cookery classes.

Be Smoke Free

A 12-week programme, supporting you to become smoke free.

Whatever your goal, we are here to support you every step of the way, our programmes will be accessible, person centred and tailored to you.

We are designing our programmes to be as inclusive and flexible as possible, some of our programmes will be delivered in person, digitally or online, allowing you to choose the best method for you and your lifestyle.
