What can I do with the Everybody Health & Leisure app?

The Everybody app is designed to help you manage your Everybody health and fitness membership conveniently. You can book and manage classes, view timetables, access your digital membership card, track your fitness, find facility information and manage your membership details—all from your smartphone.

 

How do I download the Everybody app?

The Everybody Health & Leisure app is available for free on both the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices. Simply search for “Everybody Health & Leisure” to download and install or click on the link below.

Can I use the app to check in for activities?

Yes, the app includes a digital membership card that allows you to scan yourself in at kiosks or reception. No need to carry a physical card; just use your smartphone.

 

How do I book classes or activities through the app?

To book a class or activity, click “Make a Booking” on the app homepage, select your chosen activity, and follow the prompts to reserve your spot. Everybody members can book up to 8 days in advance.

After booking, you can add the class or activity to your calendar directly from the app, ensuring you never miss a session. Additionally, you can share your booking details with friends via messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other platforms by clicking the ‘Share’ button.

 

Can I cancel a class booking through the app?

Members can easily cancel any class or activity booking through the app with just a few taps. To cancel a class or activity, go to ‘Manage Bookings’ on the homepage, select the activity and click ‘Cancel’.

Non-members are not able to cancel bookings made in the app. Instead non-members must contact our Customer Experience team to cancel bookings by emailing [email protected]

 

If I book/cancel an activity in the app do I need to book/cancel in Leisure Hub as well?

No, the app and Leisure Hub are connected so you can either cancel in the app or in Leisure Hub. You do not need to cancel in both.

 

How do I connect my fitness tracking apps?

The Everybody app supports integration with partner fitness apps, including MyWellness, MyZone, TechnoGym and SwimTag. To connect, go to the homepage and look for the “Other Apps” section, where you can link your accounts and start tracking your workouts.

 

What if I need to update my membership information?

You can manage your membership details directly in the app. This includes payment information, membership types, other documents and marketing preferences for a smoother experience.

To access and update your membership information click ‘My Account’ on the homepage.

 

How do I access timetables?

Group Fitness Timetables

Go to the ‘Make a Booking’ section on the homepage to browse available Group Fitness Classes.

Sports, Courts & Pitches

Go to the ‘Make a Booking’ section on the homepage to browse available sports, courts & pitches.

Swimming Timetables

If you’re facility has a swimming pool, go to the ‘Swim Timetable’ section on the homepage to browse available Swimming sessions.

Good Boost Self Hire

If Good Boost Aqua Self Hire is available at your facility, this option will be visible in the ‘Make a Booking’ section of app. Click to browse available sessions. Normal Good Boost sessions are bookable from the Group Fitness timetable.

 

What do I do if I forget my login details?

The app log-in details are the same as your Leisure Hub log-in details. If you have forgotten your Leisure Hub log-in details, you can either:

  1. Trigger a password reset from the app login screen. The password reset will go to the email address associated with your Leisure Hub account.
  2. Go to the Leisure Hub log-in page and click forgot password to trigger a password reset.

If you do not receive an email you may not have a registered Leisure Hub account. To register click ‘Create Account’ on the app login screen or get in touch with our friendly Customer Experience Team by emailing [email protected].

 

Is there a way to receive notifications for class updates or cancellations?

Yes, you can enable notifications to stay informed about schedule changes, cancellations, and important updates relevant to your booked activities. Go to notifications in the settings of your device to allow notifications from Everybody Health & Leisure app

 

How does the app support my fitness progress?

With the Everybody app you can seamlessly access other fitness apps you may already use at our facilities, to help you track your workouts, measure your progress, and maintain fitness goals.

You will find MyWellness, MyZone, TechnogGym or SwimTag accessible from the ‘Other Apps’ section on the homepage.

 

Do I need a membership to use the app?

An Everybody membership is not necessary to download the app. With the app installed on your smartphone you will be able to ‘Create an Account’ and purchase a membership.

The app is designed to support Everybody Health & Leisure members. For full access, including bookings and membership management, an Everybody membership is recommended.

 

Are there any fees for booking classes and activities through the app?

There are no booking fees associated with the app.

The normal fee of activities will apply to non-members. Click here to view our Pay as you go price information.

 

Can I book facilities like the sauna, steam room, or athletics track in the app?

Sauna, steam room and use of Macclesfield athletics track does not require booking. To view the opening times for these facilities, go to the ‘Centre Information’ section on the app homepage.

Cumberland Athletic track does require booking, however, this is not currently available in the app. Cumberland Athletics track bookings must be made via the website. Click here to book and find out more.

 

Can I view more than one facility in the app?

Yes, to change to a different centre click ‘Change Venue’ on the app home page.

If you use multiple venues, you can add these to ‘My Clubs’. Click the three lines in the top left corner of the app to bring up the menu. Go to ‘My clubs’ and click the + in the top right corner to add another venue.

 

What should I do if I encounter issues with the app?

If you experience any issues, try restarting the app or checking for updates. For further assistance, contact Everybody Health & Leisure’s support team by emailing [email protected] or at your facility’s reception.

 

How can I give feedback about the app?
