With a deep passion for sports and strength training, I’ve participated in various activities such as swimming, sailing and rugby, and I’m a competitive powerlifter aiming to represent my country on the international stage.

Drawing from my own experiences and continuous learning from other experts in the field, I stay updated with the latest knowledge and skills to provide the best service for my clients. As your personal trainer, I will not only guide you through exercises but also motivate, support, and inspire you. I emphasise proper techniques, training principles, and the benefits of nutrition, ensuring that every session is fun, challenging and rewarding.

My specialities include hypertrophy and strength, athlete-specific strength and conditioning, body transformation, and strength sports like powerlifting, strongman and weightlifting.

With over 2 years industry experience, including competitive powerlifting and SEND multi-sport coaching, I offer personalised training tailored to your needs. Whether its one-on-one personal training, sports-specific coaching or circuit/conditioning classes, I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall wellbeing.
