Get ready to play padel – the sport that’s taking the world by storm. It’s fast, fun and easy to pick up, blending the best bits of tennis and squash.
And soon, you’ll be able to enjoy it at select Everybody centres. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned player, padel is a great way to get active, socialise and have a laugh.
How do I book
You can book courts in hourly blocks using the Playtomic App. Our operating hours are 8am to 10pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 5pm at the weekend. You can book from a week in advance, although Everybody members can book 14 days in advance.
What will it cost?
Off peak is 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and will be £28 per court per hour. That’s only £7 per person.
Peak times are 4pm – 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 5pm at the weekends. At these times the cost is £34 per court per hour. And that’s only £8.50 per person.
Everybody members are eligible for a 10% discount at all times. You can find out more here.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Life got in the way? No problem. You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours before your booking. If the weather is awful and we cancel the courts we’ll try our hardest to contact you and of course you’ll get a full refund.
I don’t know how to play. Is there someone that can teach me?
We will be offering both group and private coaching. You might be interested in our Intro to Padel sessions that will be advertised soon. However, if you just want to try it we’ll have people on site who will be more than happy to run through the rules. Alternatively, you can see our simple list of rules here.
What equipment do I need?
Trainers or tennis shoes on your feet are required (otherwise you might damage our lovely new courts)! We can lend you a racket if you ask nicely. And we’ve got balls to buy in reception.
How do I find out about classes and socials?
All our group classes and socials will be accessible through Playtomic – just find our club and select “Academy” in the menu. However, we’ll also be advertising everything through our WhatsApp Community. If you’d like to be added to the community please follow this link on a device which has your WhatsApp.
I’m a member of Everybody Leisure… do I get a discount?
Yes! You need to be registered on Playtomic and have opted in to play padel (which you can do here). If you’ve done these things then you get a 10% discount and you can book 14 days in advance, rather than 7 days.
