This year our Everybody Awards are back and better than ever!
Awards will be presented in a glittering evening ceremony at Cranage Estate in Holmes Chapel on Friday 16th October 2026.
The Everybody Awards is an annual celebration which recognises the achievements of local heroes in sport, physical activity and health and wellbeing. The awards are organised by Everybody Health and Leisure to shine a light on the everyday heroes who work hard to improve their own lives and the lives of other through their work, volunteering or just their amazing attitude to life in Cheshire East.

Emrys Williams – GB Underwater Hockey
Tom Pochin – Footballer at Macclesfield FC & National Championship Winner
Winner – Scott Bailey for representing Great Britain and aiding other visually impaired athletes to learn Judo.
The award was unanimously given to 83-year-old Terry Robinson, who has run 117 marathons since 1981, cycled from Land’s End to John O’Groats and completed marathons across the globe.

Georgina Palmer – Park Lane School
Winner – Ruby’s Fund for giving a lifeline for many children and young people across Cheshire East and their families and carers.
The Chairman’s Award was given to Paul McIntyre for his efforts in uplifting, instilling confidence, and supporting the community. He is the creator The Dabber Dash and The Farmers Pants, designed to bring people together in sport.
