Everybody @ Alderley Park officially opens its doors on the 1st of November, and to celebrate they are holding a free open weekend from the 1st-3rd! Everyone is welcomed to take part in free taster sessions, be given a guided tour around the state of the art facility, and receive exclusive offers and goody bags.
The brand new facility is ran by Everybody Sport and Recreation, a charity dedicated to providing leisure for life for all. The gym features top of the range TechnoGym equipment with everything you need to achieve your workout goals. The new complex is home to the brand new Five Concept Range, perfect for stretching, mobilisation and much more. This exciting addition is perfect for pre and post workout and can change the way you exercise – staff recently trained on the kit and described it as “one of the best things we offer, don’t miss out on giving it a try”! Everybody are delighted to be able to offer Les Mills The Trip inside their brand new immersive group cycling studio, with the software being the first of its kind in the world, an out of this world experience that you do not want to miss.
Speaking on the launch of the brand new gym and sports complex, Paul Winrow, Director of Sport and Operations at Everybody Sport and Recreation stated “We are delighted to be able to offer this state of the art facility to the residents of Cheshire East and bring something new and exciting to Alderley Edge. We can’t wait to open our doors, and offer everyone a chance to try what we have to offer for free!”
A range of classes are available over the three day period, including Body Pump, Les Mills group cycling classes, Yoga, HIIT and more.
