Active Travel Challenge Card - School Terms & Conditions

  • This voucher entitles you to 1 free swim at an Everybody Leisure Centre
  • You must bring this leaflet with you and hand it in to a member of reception staff to redeem your free swim
  • This pass is only to be redeemed by the person completing the Active Travel Challenge

Admission Policy Overview 

  1. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by at least one adult on a 1:2 ratio in the water and changing area.
  2. Any children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent on a 1:1 ratio, unless the child is wearing suitable flotation devices.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Strictly limited to one free pass per customer per 12-month period.
  2. If the child is under 8 years of age they must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  3. A One Day Pass provides access to our swimming pools (excl. Nantwich Outdoor Pool) (subject to availability and local restrictions).
  4. This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  5. If you want to use a locker, lockers take a £1 coin which is returned to you once you unlock your locker.
  6. Our decision to admit or deny a One Day Free Pass holder is final.
  7. The Leisure Centre Manager will at their sole discretion terminate a pass should a serious or repeated breach of Leisure Centre rules and conduct occur. In such circumstances the Pass Holder will also be banned from gaining access on another date by using either a Paid or Free Pass.
  8. All of our pools have a maximum capacity and if this capacity is met at the time of your arrival you will be denied access
