You can find out what challenges we will be releasing on Everybody @ Home throughout August in the image below! Challenge starts Monday 2nd and ends Monday 30th August, the winner will be announced on Tuesday 31st August.

The 28 DAY Fitness Challenge was a huge success!

We ran a 28 day fitness challenge in January – February on Everybody @ Home with a chance to WIN A MyZone Belt worth £59.99, a goody bag (gym holdall, gym water bottle and gym towel) and 1 month FREE membership for when we reopen for those who take part and share their stories with us!

Natalie was delighted when she won and told us…

“The 28 day challenge has really helped to give my day structure, I have found myself more motivated to actually come home from work and get moving! Especially during this last lockdown, it had been too easy to be unmotivated, but doing the challenge gave me a target to hit and I found myself really enjoying exercise again!

She continued, “The instructors are the thing I enjoyed the most about the 28 day challenge, they are all so amazing, they give lots of alternatives if you don’t have certain equipment which made me feel more comfortable trying more classes (e.g. body pump where I don’t have a barbell, but did have some plates). They made me laugh when doing the classes, which was really nice and made me feel like I was interacting, I loved the live chat function on the classes as well as it gave me the chance to interact with other people doing the class.”
